INCAPACITY To Play First-Ever Polish Gig

INCAPACITY, the Swedish death metal band featuring vocalist Andreas "Drette" Axelsson (ex-MARDUK, EDGE OF SANITY, INFESTDEAD),guitarist Robert "Skoog" Ivarsson (PAN-THY-MONIUM, ASHES),guitarist Christian Älvestam (UNMOORED, SOLAR DAWN, TORCHBEARER),bassist Anders Edlund (SOLAR DAWN) and drummer Henrik Schönström (UNMOORED, SOLAR DAWN, TORCHBEARER),will make their Polish live debut on August 12 at DK "Slowianin" in Stettin (right behind the German border). Support at the show will come from local death metal band DISHED and another, as-yet-unconfirmed act.

INCAPACITY's second album, "9th Order Extinct", was released last month through Metal Blade Records. The follow-up to 2003's "Chaos Complete" (Cold Records),"9th Order Extinct" was produced at Soundlab Studios (NASUM, THE PROJECT HATE, DISFEAR, ROTTEN SOUND) in Örebro, Sweden with producer Mieszko (of NASUM and GENOCIDE SUPERSTARS fame),and consists of "ten fast, brutal and aggressive songs, where the style is a mixture of old-school death metal and new-school thrash metal — topped with a touch of those outstanding Swedish melodies," according to an official press release.
