INCANTATION To Play Shows Focusing On Early '90s Material

January 2, 2008

Pennsylvana-based death metallers INCANTATION are gearing up for a special string of dates throughout the year that will focus on the band's early '90s material.

Commented INCANTATION mainman John McEntee: "We have been getting a great response from all our loyal die hard supporters. Many people have been requesting songs to play at these shows. I just want to let everyone know that we will be mixing up the set pretty much every night to some extent. We want to make every show a great event and throughout the tour we will be playing almost every song from that era, but obviously not every song in one night."

Upcoming INCANATION shows:

Mar. 01 - Baltimore, MA - Murderland Metal Massacre Festival, Lo-Fi Lounge
Mar. 14 - Allentown, PA - March Metal Massacre, The Sterling Hotel
May 17 - Louisville, KY - Mayhem in May 3 Festival, Uncle Pleasant's
Jul. 12 - Kalamazoo, MI - Michigan Extreme Metalfest 2, Redrum
Jul. 19 - Urbana, IL - Central Illinois Metalfest, Canopy Club

Former INCANTATION guitarist/vocalist Craig Pillard (ONWARD TO GOLGOTHA, MORTAL THRONE OF NAZARENE, FORSAKEN MOURNING OF ANGELIC ANGUISH) has rejoined his former colleagues and will handle vocal duties for the band throughout their 2008 tour itinerary.
