How RUSH's '2112' Changed RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS Drummer's Life (Video)

Video footage of RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS drummer Chad Smith talking about why he is such a big fan of legendary Canadian rockers RUSH can be seen below. The clip will be included in the 20-minute film titled "Rush: A Salute To Kings", which will be shown with the November 3 theatrical premiere of RUSH's "Time Stand Still" documentary. Also interviewed for "Rush: A Salute to Kings" were Gene Simmons (KISS),Taylor Hawkins (FOO FIGHTERS),Ann and Nancy Wilson (HEART),Scott Gorham (THIN LIZZY),and the band's producer Nick Raskulinecz.

The "Rush: Time Stand Still" DVD/Blu-ray will be released November 18.

This special theatre event of "Rush: Time Stand Still", narrated by Paul Rudd, is a night for our passionate and loyal fans to watch together and provides an intimate look into the band's sold-out "R40" tour and the unique relationship we have with you all.

U.S. theatre event tickets: In partnership with Concord Music Group and ole, Fathom Events are set to bring an epic one-night premiere event "Rush: Time Stand Still" to over 430 theaters nationwide on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. local time.

Tickets for "Rush: Time Stand Still" can be purchased online by visiting FathomEvents.com or at participating theater box offices. Fans throughout the U.S. will be able to enjoy the event in more than 430 select movie theaters through Fathom's Digital Broadcast Network.
