HELHEIM: 'Dualitet og Ulver' Video Teaser Available

October 17, 2010

Norway's HELHEIM has released a short teaser for the video for the track "Dualitet og Ulver" ("Duality and Wolves") which was filmed to coincide with the upcoming release of the "Åsgards Fall" mini-CD. "Dualitet og Ulver" tells the story of the two wolves of Nordic legend, Hati and Skoll, who try to swallow the sun and the moon. The video was filmed in the mountains that surround HELHEIM's hometown of Bergen, and includes an appearance by TAAKE's Hoest, who also performs guest vocals on the track.

One of the original Viking metal bands to come out of Norway, HELHEIM will release "Åsgards Fall" on Dark Essence Records in Norway on October 25 and worldwide on November 1. The six-track mini-CD includes two epic new tracks written especially for this release and a new recording of the HELHEIM classic "Jernskogen" from the band's "Blod & Ild" album, as well as the video mix of "Dualitet & Ulver". Aside from Hoest, "Åsgards Fall" features guest appearances from Gunnar Emmerhoff (EMMERHOF AND THE MELANCHOLY BABIES) and PV on vocals, and Trine Mjanger on French horn. It was produced by HELHEIM and Bjornar Nilsen (VULTURE INDUSTRIES, BLACK HOLE GENERATOR) and was mastered by Herbrand Larsen (ENSLAVED, AUDREY HORNE) at the Conclave and Earshot studios in Bergen.

02. Åsgards Fall Interlude
