HECATE ENTHRONED Comment On Singer's Departure

February 26, 2004

British black metallers HECATE ENTHRONED have issued the following statement regarding the recent departure of their vocalist Dean.

"Well, we were as shocked as many of you obviously are at Dean's leaving, a sad day indeed but we respect Dean's motives and reasons and cant argue with them, he is a man of his convictions and we expect no less. We will obviously miss him not just as a vocalist and a frontman but from just having him around, anyone who has spent any time in Dean's company will know this (and we'll have to relentlessly take the piss out of someone else now) not that we won't still be seeing plenty of him we all remain best of friends and will continue to pester him as he will us. We wish Dean all the best in his future enterprises and for his adventures into fatherhood, we know Dean and Beth will be wonderful parents.

"As for a replacement we will not actively be searching for one at the moment, we are going to share vocal duties between us or at least see if this is feasible, if not then we will start to consider a replacement. There is no thought of splitting up we remain strong and committed, 'Redimus' is our strongest album to date and reflects our purpose. Once again we wish Dean all the best and thank him for all his contributions to the band.
