HEAVEN AND HELL Producer To Make Appearance At Rock Hall DVD Screening

The producer of HEAVEN AND HELL's forthcoming "Live From Radio City Music Hall" DVD/CD (release date August 28),Barry Ehrmann, will make an appearance at Rhino Records' special DVD screening taking place at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday, August 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Admission is free. The DVD will be shown in its entirety in the Rock Hall's fourth floor theater. Free HEAVEN AND HELL official band merchandise — including tour shirts, programs, limited-edition posters, and more — will be passed out at the end of the showing (while supplies last — limit one item per person).

Ehrmann will discuss how the project came about, pre-production for the shoot, working with the band, Radio City Music Hall obstacles he had to overcome (including dealing with the New York City unions),the logistics of the shoot, how many cameras, shooting in high definition, the audio recording, editing, mixing and delivery. A question-and-answer session will follow with the audience.

Ehrmann, based in Santa Monica, CA, has quite an extensive background in video production, having produced projects for QUEENSRŸCHE ("Mindcrime At The Moore"),RUSH ("R30"),DEEP PURPLE ("Perihelion"),SLIPKNOT ("Disasterpieces"),CHEAP TRICK ("From Tokyo To You"),THE WHO ("The Kids Are Alright", "Live In Boston", "Live At Royal Albert Hall"),IGGY POP (VH1 Classic "Decades Rock Live!"),Ozzfest and Warped Tour compilations, THE DOORS & FRIENDS (VH1),and many more. HEAVEN AND HELL personally selected him for their live release. Between 1992 and 1996, Ehrmann founded the King Biscuit Flower Hour record label, and was responsible for the acquisition of the classic King Biscuit Flower Hour radio archives, consisting of 20 years of live concert recordings from over 450 artists and the initial release of these concerts on CD.

HEAVEN AND HELL's "Live From Radio City Music Hall" is the 2007 reunion of the BLACK SABBATH lineup of Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinny Appice captured on DVD at the band's sold-out performance on March 30, 2007 in New York City. The DVD will include the entire show shot in breathtaking HD, as well as a tour documentary and other bonus footage.
