HEATHEN Announce New Bassist

Reunited San Francisco Bay Area thrashers HEATHEN have announced the addition of bassist Jon Torres to the group's ranks. Torres is no stranger to the Bay Area metal scene, having participated in such bands as THUNDERHEAD, WARNING SF, ULYSSES SIREN, LAAZ ROCKIT and ANGEL WITCH.

HEATHEN, who are rumored to have parted ways with previous bassist Mike "Yaz" Jastremski due to his continued "drug and drinking problems," will make their next live appearance Friday night (June 25) at the Pound S.F. in San Francisco. Also performing on the bill are METAL CHURCH, IMAGIKA, MURDER MACHINE and MAELSTROM.
