In other news, HATESPHERE will be shooting the second video from their "The Sickness Within" album in January. We're . . . using the same [production] team who made the video for 'Sickness Within', but this time we're going for something a bit more epic," the band write on their web site.

"The Sickness Within" will be released in North America in early 2006 via Steamhammer/SPV. The follow-up to 2004's "Ballet of the Brute" was recorded in part at Jailhouse Studios with producer Tommy Hansen (HELLOWEEN, PRETTY MAIDS). Guitars and bass were recorded at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark, with producer Jacob Hansen (RAUNCHY, INVOCATOR). This dynamic duo was also responsible for the production on the band's last effort, "The Killing EP", which was released last January. Included on the album is a guest appearance by NEVERMORE guitarist Steve Smyth (ex-TESTAMENT) on the song "Marked by Darkness".

HATESPHERE recently completed a European tour with DARK TRANQUILLITY and CHIMAIRA. Check out photos and tour diaries at the band's official forum.
