HATEBREED's JASTA, CROWBAR's WINDSTEIN Collaborating On Full-Length Album

August 10, 2005

HATEBREED frontman Jamey Jasta and CROWBAR guitarist/vocalist Kirk Windstein are currently in the studio recording the first album from their collaborative project, which is presently known simply as "CROWBREED". Jasta has issued the following update on the album's recording sessions:

"Right now I am up in [Massachusetts] at Planet Z studios with Kirk from CROWBAR recording an album for our new band together. Zeuss is producing and Derek from SEEMLESS is playing drums on the album. All I can say right now is that the material is definitely the heaviest and most diverse stuff I have ever been a part of and I seriously can't wait for people to hear this. Kirk is singing with me as well as playing the bass and guitar on the album, and we have both been writing and bringing ideas to the table. It's been killer! Go check out our makeshift myspace page www.myspace.com/crowbreed as most of you know we dont have a name just yet so we have been calling it CROWBREED for now. We hope to announce our real name this weekend at the ICEPICK show! Which by the way I think is sold out but you can try to get tickets at http://www.thedowntown.com/site/calendar.htm. Kirk will be doing 'All I Had' with us. It's gonna be a rager, to say the least!"
