January 24, 2005

Reunited Atlanta-based thrashers HALLOWS EVE will be taking a break from recording their new album to play at Swayze's in the Marietta, Georgia on February 5. Also appearing on the bill will be HEROD, INTO THE MOAT, GROUND XERO, WITHERED, APOCALYPTIC VISIONS and ECLIPTIS.

As previously reported, HALLOWS EVE have set "Evil Never Dies" as the title of their upcoming fourth full-length album, tentatively due this spring. The CD is being recorded at Van Gogh Studios in Atlanta, where the band recently completed a two-track single, entitled "Evil Offerings". Engineering duties are being handled by Chris Gailfoil.

The single, the group's first official release in 16 years, features founding members Tommy Stewart on bass and vocals, and Skullator on guitar and lead vocals, along with Brandon Ottinger on guitar and Dane Jensen on drums.

"Evil Offerings" contains the following cuts: "Technicolour Roadkill" and "Looking Glass".
