GYPSY PISTOLEROS Confirmed For ROCKLAHOMA; New Album Details Revealed

U.K. flamenco sleaze rockers GYPSY PISTOLEROS have been confirmed for the main stage at the third annual Rocklahoma, set to take place July 9-12, 2009 on the Catch The Fever Festival Grounds in Pryor, Oklahoma. Also scheduled to appear are KEEL and KIX, with many more to be announced.

GYPSY PISTOLEROS will enter Mighty Atom Studios in Wales in March to begin recording their new album, "Welcome To The Hotel De La Muerte", with producer Joe Gibb (FUNERAL FOR A FRIEND, JANE'S ADDICTION). Jo Burgon of Candy Machine Art (L.A GUNS, WEDNESDAY 13, METALLICA) will design and illustrate the new CD. Songtitles set to appear on the album include "Vivo Con Los Gitanos", "Johnny Peligroso", "Viva Zapata", "Walk Through The Shadows", "Sangre De Las Rosas", "Welcome To The Hotel De La Muerte", "Son Illusions", "Cyclone Kid", "Ballad Of A Broken Angel", "Wild, Wasted And Lost", "Soy Macarra", and "Only The Good Die Young".

"Welcome To The Hotel De La Muerte" will be released in June and will be accompanied by the spoof live album, "Live For One Night Only At The Titty Twister, Mexico!" Ten live tracks will be featured. A free single download, "Vivo con los Gitanos", will be available May 1, accompanied by the video to be filmed in the old spaghetti western set in Almeria, Spain.

GYPSY PISTOLEROS are currently negotiating a new record deal with Victory Records.
