GWAR To Attend FANGORIA'S WEEKEND OF HORRORS

According to Mark Morton of Heavy Metal Examiner, GWAR is scheduled to attend every day of the 2009 New York edition of Fangoria's Weekend Of Horrors.

From June 5 to June 7, Oderus Urungus, Jizmak the Gusha and Sleazy P. Martini will meet with fans at the convention, which is held at Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (655 West 34th Street) in New York City

The convention times are as follows:

June 5: 4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
June 6: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
June 7: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

GWAR will be doing continuous signing and photo sessions from the band's "Human Flesh" booth, and will serve as guest judges in the X-Treme Fashion Show on Saturday, June 6 at 5:00 p.m. and participate in a music panel on Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

However, the band will NOT be performing.

GWAR's new album, "Lust In Space", will be released on August 18 via Metal Blade Records.
