GWAR's ODERUS Says LORDI Mainman 'Lacks Balls'

August 8, 2007

GWAR has issued the following press release:

The front"man" of Finnish GWAR tribute band LORDI has cancelled his appearance at the prestigious "Rue Morgue Horror Con" in Toronto, which is scheduled to take place August 24-26. This follows hard on the heels of [LORDI's] cancellation of their Toronto gig, which had been planned for the same weekend.

[GWAR frontman] Oderus Urungus, an honored guest at this year's event, and who has been spending the summer brandishing LORDI's blood-spewing severed head while headlining the Sounds of the Underground tour, had this to say: "I am very saddened that this Finnish fuck lacks the balls to show up and meet the true master of this Earth, ME! I was planning on giving him his head back!"

LORDI fans, not to worry! Oderus, who will be signing autographs, will allow you to rub a piece of paper on LORDI's blood-smeared severed head.
