GWAR Frontman Slams AS I LAY DYING's TIM LAMBESIS

May 31, 2013

GWAR's outspoken frontman Oderus Urungus has slammed Tim Lambesis after it was revealed that the AS I LAY DYING vocalist posted bail and was released from jail three weeks after being arrested for allegedly attempting to hire a hitman to murder Lambesis' estranged wife. Tim, who is required to wear a GPS tracking device and is prohibited to see his Meggan Lambesis and the couple's three adopted children, will return to court on June 26 for another readiness conference. In reaction to Lambesis making bail, Oderus Urungus posted a number of politically incorrect tweets, some of which can be seen below.Oderus Urungus made headlines in 2011 when he was allegedly banned from the Fox News channel late-night/early-morning talk show "Red Eye" because of negative backlash from right-wing conservatives.GWAR has been decapitating replicas of politicians during its legendary live show and the 2011 "Bloody Tour Of Horror" was no exception as it featured Oderus Urungus and the rest of the band tearing apart Lady Gaga and former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Apparently the Sarah Palin constituents and supporters caught wind of the nightly slaying and the political blogs and web sites were overwhelmed with comments about Palin's untimely demise.
