GWAR Announce Additional Tour Dates

Legendary metal band GWAR have announced a second leg of their highly successful "Mock the Vote" tour. The band embarked on a huge national tour in October upon the release of their latest effort, "War Party", bringing bone-crushing riffs and a dark and hilarious stage show to fans across the U.S. and Canada. The band's first album of new material in over three years, "War Party" has also proven to be one of their most lauded by critics and fans alike, recently hitting #5 on CMJ's Loud Rock chart, #18 on CMJ's Crucial Spins chart and #3 at FMQB.

"War Party" was recorded at Wreckroom Studios in Richmond, Va. (home of the Slave Pit),and mixed at the Chop Shop in NYC by producer Glen Robinson, who worked with the band on their classic third album, "America Must Be Destroyed".
