June 18, 2013

GUNS N' ROSES lead guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal was interviewed this past weekeend by CNN-IBN, India's most awarded English news channel and one of the most respected and dynamic media brands in the country today. Check out the report below.

Thal headlined The Festival Chapter III concert at Nazrul Mancha in Calcutta, India on June 15. He played a special set with the Dubai-based melodic hard rock band POINT OF VIEW (POV).

After touring India with GUNS N' ROSES last December, the country is "starting to feel like home" for Ron, the guitarist told The Telegraph.

POINT OF VIEW previously performed with Ron last year at the launch event for its album "Revolutionize The Revolutionary".

"It was an overwhelming experience… just [Ron's] presence was enough," POINT OF VIEW drummer Chiradeep Lahiri, who left Calcutta for Dubai in 2009, told The Telegraph.
