Guitarist JOEY ALLEN To Perform With WARRANT At Studio City Date

According to a posting on the group's official web site, guitarist Joey Allen will be performing with WARRANT on November 3 at B.B. King's in Studio City, California. Allen had previously announced that he would be taking an "undertermined break from touring to pursue personal interests." Although Joey performed on the new WARRANT CD, 'Born Again', which is completed and will be released in the spring, the band recruited their "good friend" Brent Woods, formerly of THE VINCE NEIL BAND, to fill in on lead guitar until Allen became available to return to the group.

"Born Again" was produced by Pat Regan (KISS, TED NUGENT, RITCHIE BLACKMORE) and features all original members — Allen, Jerry Dixon on bass, guitarist Erik Turner, and drummer Steven Sweet — along with vocalist Jaime St. James (of BLACK 'N BLUE fame) who has been the singer since the departure of original vocalist Jani Lane in 2003.
