GREEN CARNATION Announce Dates In Switzerland, Italy

GREEN CARNATION's "The Acoustic Verses" will be one of the first albums to issued in North American via a brand new collaboration between The End Records and RED Distribution. A full-length MP3 of the track"Alone", taken from "The Acoustic Verses", has been made available for download at this location (3.4 MB). The CD is scheduled for release in North America on January 24, 2006.

In other news, GREEN CARNATION have confirmed two more gigs before the end of hte year, both in countries in which the band has never played before.

GREEN CARNATION will visit Switzerland and Italy for the first time ever, on December 17 and December 18. Says keyboardist Kenneth Silden, "It's important for us to present ourselves in as many countries as possible, and when the opportunity came for this mini-tour in December, we had to accept. I think both Switzerland and Italy is potential good countries for the band."

GREEN CARNATION will headline the Burgdorfer Rocknight (in Markthalle Burgdorf in Switzerland) on Saturday, December 17. Other bands scheduled to appear on the bill are BLEAK ORIGIN (Switzerland),DIVINE TEMPTATION (Austria) and RICHTASTE (Switzerland). The following day, GREEN CARNATION and BLEAK ORIGIN will join Italian band THUNDERSTORM for a gig at the Thunder Road Club in Codevilla outside Milano, organized through Nihil Productions.
