November 7, 2008

Spanish old-school death metallers GRAVEYARD were joined by Martin Van Drunen (HAIL OF BULLETS, ASPHYX, PESTILENCE, BOLT THROWER) on vocals for their cover of the BOLT THROWER classic "Cenotaph" on October 26, 2008 in Barcelona, Spain. Fan-filmed video footage of the performance can be viewed below. Headlining the show was HAIL OF BULLETS, the new band featuring Martin Van Drunen alongside GOREFEST drummer Ed Warby, THANATOS guitarists Stephan Gebédi and Paul Baayens, and former HOUWITSER bass player Theo van Eekelen.

GRAVEYARD's "Into The Mausoleum" mini-CD was released in March 2008 via Blackseed Productions.

"…Of Frost And War", the debut album from HAIL OF BULLETS, was released in Europe on May 19 (except in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy, where it arrived three days earlier, and Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, where it will be released on March 13) via Metal Blade Records. The CD was recorded in February/March of 2008 at Excess Studios in Rotterdam, Holland and was mixed and mastered in Sweden by Dan Swanö of EDGE OF SANITY fame.
