GRAVEHILL To Release 'Metal Of Death' EP

October 24, 2007

GRAVEHILL, the new band featuring former members of MORGION, GASP, KEEN OF THE CROW, PHOBIA, CRIMSON RELIC, MALFUNCTION and SELF INFLICTED, will release an EP, entitled simply "Metal of Death", on October 31 through Metal Horde Productions.

According to the band's official bio, "the GRAVEHILL modus operandi is everything our contemporaries are not… brutal, ugly, unapologetic and most importantly… uncompromising. So, in other words… not being open-minded, not having class or sophistication, not being anything more than a primitive minded approach to underground olden death metal… nothing more needs to be said or claimed, the music speaks for itself! Taking our influence from olden acts like AUTOPSY, BATHORY, HELLHAMMER/CELTIC FROST, MASSACRE/DEATH, MERCYFUL FATE, SLAYER (pre-'South of Heaven'),SODOM, and VENOM. Having the audacity to name our band GRAVEHILL is a tribute to these acts; the purity and spirit associated are by no means an accident."

GRAVEHILL will support ENSLAVED at The Galaxy Theater in Santa Ana, California on November 22 and ROTTING CHRIST, IMMOLATION, and BELPHEGOR on February 22, 2008.
