June 10, 2006

Legendary hard rock vocalist Graham Bonnet's (RAINBOW, MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP, ALCATRAZZ, IMPELLITTERI) web site has been updated with the following message:

"First off, Taz Taylor's new album, 'Welcome to America', featuring Graham on eight songs, will be released from Escape Music in Europe on August 26th. The first track, titled 'Fighter's Fist', is now downloadable via Taz Taylor's official website. The great voice again on straight hard rock. Don't forget to check it out!!!

"Second, the dates for [Graham's] Finnish tour previously announced have been confirmed as follows:

Aug. 09 – Oulu, FIN @ Foxia
Aug. 10 - Kuopio, FIN @ Henry`s Pub
Aug. 11 - Jyväskylä, FIN @ Giggling Marlin
Aug. 12 - Imatra, FIN @ Rock to the river festival
Aug. 16 - Tampere, FIN @ Klubi
Aug. 17 - Helsinki, FIN @ On the rocks
Aug. 18 - Turku, FIN @ Giggling Marlin

"Daffy is going to play the guitar again, and Graham is looking forward to rocking all the fans in the areas.

"As for the Rock and Blues Custom show in Derbyshire that Graham was offered to sing, he has not gotten any details yet. We hope that it will happen, but his appearance is still up in the air. However, great news is that Graham has been invited to sing this summer in the U.K. at the 'Blues and Soul Festival' produced by his old friend Don Airey. Maybe the U.K. fans can hear the man singing the great standards again?

"Back to Dario Mollo's ELEKTRIC ZOO project, so far Graham has worked on three songs, and the vocal recordings continue in L.A., with engineering support by Tim Luce, to make a masterpiece. Also, Graham has recently done a few interviews, and one is for a RAINBOW documentary DVD by Classic Rock.

"Finally, the man has made a surprise guest appearance on Uli Roth's Sky Academy Concert on Saturday, May 26 at UCLA Ralph Freud Theater in California. Graham sang 'Love's No Friend' and 'Lost In Hollywood', backed by Uli's band. Those of you who happened to be there, lucky you!"
