GORY BLISTER Completes New Album Recordings

December 4, 2007

Long-running Italian technical death metallers GORY BLISTER have finished recording their new album, "Graveyard of Angels", and will mix the effort this month for an early 2008 reelase via Mascot Records. The follow-up to 2006's "Skymorphosys" will feature a guest appearance on bass by Roby Gelly from ALLHELLUJA.

"Graveyard of Angels" project track listing:

01. The Hatch Opens
02. Void Made Flesh
03. All Vanishing Ruins
04. The Descent
05. emiT despalE
06. (The Slum Of The) Wretched Creatures

08. Graveyard Of Angels

GORY BLISTER recorded its appearance at the Evolution Festival on July 7, 2007 in Firenze, Italy to use as possible live bonus tracks to accompany their next release.

GORY BLISTER recently parted ways with vocalist Adry Bellant, who sang on the group's last album, 2006's "Skymorphosys". A replacement frontman has been found in the shape of Clode, formerly of SALMORAR and HATEFILES.

"Skymorphosys" came out in January 2006 via Holland's Mascot Records. The CD, which contains "14 tracks, 52 minutes of pure, fast and warm death metal," was recorded at Fear Studio and was produced by GORY BLISTER and Gabriele Ravaglia. The cover artwork was handled by B-Lial of Hybreed Corp.

GORY BLISTER's full-length debut, "Art Bleeds", was released in 2003 via France's Sekhmet Records.

GORY BLISTER in 2005 contributed a cover of DEATH's "1,000 Eyes" to a DEATH tribute album, "Unforgotten Past… In Memory of Chuck Schuldiner", available now via the Chinese label AreaDeath Productions.
