GODSMACK: Acoustic EP Delayed To 2004

October 24, 2003

GODSMACK's acoustic E.P., "The Other Side", has been delayed from a November 18 release to mid-2004, a management spokesperson confirmed Thursday (October 23). The release was delayed in order to continue promotional efforts for the band's third full-length album, "Faceless", which came out earlier this year. There's no specific release date yet for "The Other Side".

As previously reported, "The Other Side" is set to feature seven tracks recorded earlier this year in Hawaii after the band finished their tour of Asia.

Among the cuts recorded for the EP are two new songs, "Running Blind" and "Touché", the latter of which was written by frontman Sully Erna in a collaboration with DROP BOX, a band Sully recently signed to his label, Spiral Records.

The complete track listing for "The Other Side" is as follows:

01. Running Blind
02. Realign
03. Touché
04. Keep Away
05. Spiral
06. Asleep
07. Nobody Cares

GODSMACK will close the current leg of their U.S. tour with a three-date run (Nov. 26-28) at Orpheum Theater in the band's hometown of Boston, Massachusetts. A European tour with METALLICA will kick off on December 2 in Oslo, Norway.
