GOD AMONG INSECTS: Album Release Party Filmed For Possible New Video

September 7, 2004

GOD AMONG INSECTS, the Swedish "old-school" death metal band featuring vocalist Emperor Magus Caligula (DARK FUNERAL),guitarist Lord K (a.k.a. Kenth Philipson) (THE PROJECT HATE),bassist Tomas Elofsson (SANCTIFICATION) and drummer Tobias Gustafsson (VOMITORY),have posted the following message on their official web site:

"The [CD] release party went all fine and we thank MYRKSKOG for sharing the stage with us and also a huge thanx to the people showing up. You guys fucken rule. Hopefully we'll be able to post some pictures from the gig sometime soon. It was also filmed with 2 cameras, so we might even end up with another video. We are now looking for more gigs and if you are interested in booking the INSECTS, e-mail us with your offer and we'll see what we can do. 'World Wide Death' is now hitting the streets and we are very pleased with the reviews so far. Seems like the world understands what we are doing. We are not suprised.

"The video for 'Urh-Nazuur' was shown at the party and we are satisifed with the outcome. As mentioned before, it's a video made out of zero budget, but atleast it captures us and the fury we deliver live. We might even work some more on it, we don't know that yet, but there's a slight chance we'll make this video available to the world some time soon."

GOD AMONG INSECTS debut album, "World Wide Death", was released in Europe on September 6 through Plastic Head Distribution. An MP3 of the album cut "A Gush of Blood" can be downloaded at this location.
