FU MANCHU To Release Gold-Colored 7" Single

September 14, 2007

Southern California fuzz-rockers FU MANCHU have issued the following update:

"A video for the song 'Hung Out To Dry' will be finished soon. A new FU MANCHU gold-colored 7" is being released. Songs include: 'Knew It All Along' and 'Who Are You'. 'Who Are You' is a cover song from the almighty VOID. This will be released on At The Dojo Records. FU MANCHU will be touring Europe October 1st to November 30th. Exact dates will be posted soon."

FU MANCHU's latest album, "We Must Obey", was released in February via Century Media/Liquor and Poker. The CD was recorded at Hollywood's Grandmaster Recorders studio (TOOL, NINE INCH NAILS, BLACK CROWES). Finishing touches were added by Gene Grimaldi at Oasis Mastering (VELVET REVOLVER, PENNYWISE, REV. HORTON HEAT).

In addition to the songs "Hung Out To Dry" and "Between The Lines" — both also available on the limited-edition "Hung Out To Dry" EP — the album includes a cover of THE CARS classic "Moving In Stereo".

FU MANCHU's video for "Hung Out To Dry" was filmed in Los Angeles with director Lucas Heyne (MASTER P, TSAR, SWITCHFOOT).
