A new groovy death metal powerhouse is born in the form of EXHULT. The band is part of the Prodisk roster and features Franck Camus (ex-PAROXYSM) on drums, Luc Gigure (ex-BRIEF RESPITE) on vocals, as well as Romain Bellec (ex-GURKKHAS) and Vincent Desrochers on guitars. A permanent bass player will be announced in the coming weeks. The group is currently working on material that will appeal to fans of DECAPITATED, HATE ETERNAL, SUFFOCATION, NILE, ABORTED SKINLESS and CRYPTOPSY, according to a press release.

EXHULT will hit Quebec stages from November 2008, to be followed by the release of the band's debut album in 2009.
