Former DIO Guitarist ROWAN ROBERSTON Joins DC4

August 9, 2006

Los Angeles-based hard rock band DC4 has announced the addition of Rowan Robertson to a lineup that also includes brothers Jeff Duncan (ARMORED SAINT, ODIN) on lead vocals and guitar, Shawn Duncan (ODIN) on drums and Matt Duncan on bass. Rowan is best known for nailing down the lead guitar spot with DIO in 1989 at the age of seventeen. During his stint with DIO, he appeared on the "Lock Up The Wolves" album, toured with the band and solidified himself as one of the most gifted young shredders on the planet.

According to Jeff, the early results for the new lineup are all positive. "From the first time we all played together I felt it was going to be brutal," he says. "DC4 is more powerful then ever." Says Shawn, "The band sounds fuckin' HUGE with Rowan. I cannot tell everyone how excited we are!" Of his addition to DC4, Rowan says, "This is exactly what Ive been looking for. A great hard-rockin' band with killer songs. Mind your ears, people!"

In the next few weeks, DC4 will be working on dates in the Southern California area to show what the new lineup is capable of.
