Former DEICIDE Axeman's Guitar Design Subject Of Trademark Infringement Lawsuit

The BC Rich guitar company has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Moser Custom Shop (web site) for trademark infringement in connection with the MCS Spawn guitar, which was designed by Brian Hoffman (of DEICIDE fame),who also reportedly designed the BC Rich Beast. In addition, BC Rich is allegedly suing MCS for building a "Bich"-shaped guitar, a guitar which the owner of MCS apparently designed and had licensed to BC Rich. BC Rich has also reportedly sent cease-and-desist letters to Brian Hoffman and several other small builders threatening lawsuits. No further information is currently available.
