Former CRISS Singer JASON EBS Releases His New CD 'Twisted Roots'

Los Angeles-based artist Jason Ebs, the former singer/guitarist of CRISS (featuring Peter Criss of KISS),has just issued his new full-length CD, entitled "Twisted Roots", via a joint release between indi label MusicRocks Records and Kinky Organ Music. Currently available at CDBaby.com, the CD starts with heavy KROQ-style songs, gets lighter with a STAR 98.7 vibe, and then ends heavy again. Two acoustic songs are also contained within. Music videos for the singles "Dreams May Fade" and "Christmas Chimes" are contained on CD in .mov format for viewing with Quicktime.

In addition to being the frontman for CRISS on the "Bad Boys of KISS" tours (a double billing with Ace Frehley's band) Jason's credits also include playing guitar with Terri Nunn's BERLIN. This is Ebs' first solo effort following the reunion of KISS in the late '90s. Tour dates currently being booked for the summer.

Jason is currently recording another record called "Jason & Janea". It is an acoustic-based CD co-written by Janea Chadwick and due for a late summer release.
