Former CANDLEMASS Singer Joins Forces With HARMONY Guitarist In 7 DAYS

February 7, 2006

7 DAYS is the name of a new project formed by guitarist Markus Sigfridsson. Markus has done all the artwork for both DIVINEFIRE albums — "Glory Thy Name" and "Hero" — and many others for Rivel Records. He is also involved in the melodic metal band HARMONY, who have just entered the studio to record the follow-up to their critically acclaimed debut album, "Dreaming Awake". Markus also played the guitar solo on the Japanese bonus track "Masquerade" on DIVINEFIRE's "Hero" album. Joining Markus in the 7 DAYS lineup is former CANDLEMASS singer Thomas Vikström, who has previously worked with TALK OF THE TOWN and BRAZEN ABBOT, among others.

7 DAYS lineup:

Markus Sigfridsson (HARMONY) – Guitars & keyboards
Thomas Vikström (CANDLEMASS, BRAZEN ABBOT, TALK OF THE TOWN) - Vocals
Daniel Flores (MIND'S EYE) - Drums
Andreas Olsson (DIVINEFIRE) - Bass
Special Guest:
Kaspar Dahlquist (DIONYSOS) - Keyboards
