SOUTH OF DIVINE, the new band featuring ex-AMERICAN HEAD CHARGE guitarist Nick Quijano, former DIRT vocalist Travis Powers, Sean O'Boyle on drums and Cavedogg on bass, kicked 2008 off with a call to the recording studio. All tracking for the upcoming EP was done at Diamond Recording Studios, owned by Bobby Blotzer from RATT and Greg Gill. Production was handled by Origin Sound Studio owner/producer Craig Douglas. Studios have been booked to complete an additional 6-7 songs for the SOUTH OF DIVINE debut full-length CD, with the recording scheduled to begin over the next couple of months. Mastering for the album will be completed by Alan Douches (HATEBREED, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, FLEETWOOD MAC).
