Former ALICE IN CHAINS Axeman Rehearsing For Upcoming Gig, Tour Details To Be Announced Shortly

Former ALICE IN CHAINS axeman Jerry Cantrell started rehearsals on Friday, March 8th for the upcoming SXSW (South By Southwwest) music and media conference show at Stubb's BBQ in Austin, Texas. Jerry's supporting cast on stage next Saturday night. March 16th, will consist of three members from the band COMES WITH THE FALL (guitarist/vocalist William Duvall, bassist Adam Stanger and drummer Bevan Davies),along with Sean from a Texas-based ALICE IN CHAINS cover band. Jerry Cantrell hits the stage at midnight, and ANYONE and COMES WITH THE FALL are scheduled to open the proceedings.

In other Cantrell news, the song "Anger Rising", from the upcoming Degradation Trip release (currently slated for a June 25th street date through Roadrunner Records),is scheduled to hit the radio starting April 22nd. A full US tour, beginning in the first week in May and ending around early July, is currently being booked.
