FOR MY PAIN… Confirmed For Finland's JALOMETALLI FESTIVAL

FOR MY PAIN…, the Finnish "gothic metal" band featuring Tuomas Holopainen (NIGHTWISH) on keyboards, Altti Veteläinen (ex-ETERNAL TEARS OF SORROW) on bass, Lauri Tuohimaa (EMBRAZE) on guitar, Olli-Pekka Törrö (ex-ETERNAL TEARS OF SORROW) on guitar, Juha Kylmänen (REFLEXION) on vocals, and Petri Sankala (ex-ETERNAL TEARS OF SORROW) on drums, have been confirmed for Jalometalli Festival, set to take place August 19-20 in Oulu, Finland (FOR MY PAIN…'s performance will take place on August 20). Due to Holopainen's touring commitments with NIGHTWISH, he will not be able to participate in the show. His replacement at the gig will be SCENERY CHANNEL keyboardist Pasi Hiltula, who is has previously worked with ETERNAL TEARS OF SORROW and KALMAH.

FOR MY PAIN…'s latest single, "Killing Romance", spent six weeks on the official Top 20 single chart in Finland upon its release last summer. The CD, which was recorded at Tico Tico studio in Kemi, Finland, contained two new original songs plus a cover of 's "Joutsenlaulu".
