April 20, 2015

FOO FIGHTERS released a 10-inch vinyl EP titled "Songs From The Laundry Room" on April 18, Record Store Day. Side A features frontman Dave Grohl's early demos of "Alone + Easy Target" and "Big Me", while side B contains a cover of Kim Wilde's "Kids In America" and the previously unheard "Empty Handed".

You can now stream "Songs From The Laundry Room" in its entirety below.

The EP was recorded at Laundry Room Studio and produced by Barrett Jones, who co-produced the first FOO FIGHTERS album with Grohl.

Grohl was this year's Record Store Day Ambassador.

Among the other artists releasing rare and collectible items exclusively for sale in independent record shops on April 18 were METALLICA, U2, Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, PEARL JAM and many others.

FOO FIGHTERS begin a massive North American tour in Washington D.C. on July 4 — the 20th anniversary of the release of the first FOO FIGHTERS album.
