FEAR MY THOUGHTS Checks In From Recording Studio

August 28, 2006

German modern melodic death upstarts FEAR MY THOUGHTS are recording their fifth album, entitled "Vulcanus", at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark for an early 2007 release through Century Media Records. A video clip of the band working in the studio can be viewed at this location (Quicktime required).

Commented the group: "We're still in the Jacob Hansen Studios in Denmark, working on the final mix for our new album. If you're into blast beats and DEEP PURPLE Hammond organs, you'll probably like what we're doing! Expect some more melody and some more experiments, but also some old-school-thrash vibes...

"Besides the work we're still fighting against an armada of flies which invaded Denmark this summer. Imagine to wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning with flies in your mouth and nose, and you will get a picture of our daily struggle.

"We're really looking forward to our European tour with KATAKLYSM, NEAERA and QUO VADIS in January 2007, and can't wait to present you our new songs on stage!"
