May 25, 2006

German death metallers FALL OF SERENITY have been forced to drop off the European tour with HATE ETERNAL, SPAWN OF POSSESSION and SHADOWSLAND. According to a press release from the band's record label, Lifeforce Records, "There were several reasons" why FALL OF SERENITY decided not to continue with the tour. "FALL OF SERENITY is very sorry to disappoint their fans who can't see them on the tour now to promote their just released album 'Bloodred Salvation'. But you can be sure they didn't make it an easy decision. A statement by the band will follow soon."

"Bloodred Salvation", which includes a guest appearances by Leif Jensen of DEW-SCENTED, was recorded and produced at the Rape Of Harmonies Studios by Ralf Müller and Patrick W. Engel (HEAVEN SHALL BURN, NARZISS, etc.) and mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen at his Hansen Studios (MERCENARY, RAUNCHY, COMMUNIC, etc.). "Bloodred Salvation"'s artwork was created by Killustrations (DEW-SCENTED, CARNAL FORGE, AMON AMARTH).
