F**K THE FACTS' 'Disgorge, Mexico: The Movie' Pay-What-You-Can Digital Download Now Available

March 22, 2010

Filmmaker David Hall and grinders FUCK THE FACTS have announced that their new feature film, "Disgorge, Mexico: The Movie", is now available through Handshake Inc. as a pay-what-you-can digital download. Fans can choose to pay nothing, $2, $4, or $6 for a digital download of the film.

Described by Hall as "a substance abuse art house riff on the destructive and volatile nature of love," "Disgorge, Mexico: The Movie" is a violent, hallucinatory depiction of one woman's strange journey, set to the soundtrack of FUCK THE FACTS' "Disgorge Mexico". Costumes for the film were created by Nekro, known for her costume design work for ARCH ENEMY's Angela Gossow.

A trailer for the film can be viewed below.

"Disgorge, Mexico: The Movie" follows in the footsteps of Hall's first feature film, "Axis Of Eden: The Movie". Based upon TODAY IS THE DAY's "Axis Of Eden" album, that film was hailed by Montreal Mirror as "lurid psychedelic colors, innovative and rapid jump cuts, quick edits, surrealistic images, subliminal messages and creative special effects that synchronize perfectly with the teeth-gnashing intensity of TODAY IS THE DAY." On its North American tour of fall 2008, TODAY IS THE DAY incorporated "Axis Of Eden: The Movie" into its live show, projecting the film onstage and playing along to it. Sections of the film were also edited to create two TODAY IS THE DAY music videos, both of which were aired on MTV2's "Headbangers Ball" in 2008 and 2009.

Hall, with his production company Handshake Inc., is currently at work on a feature film with JUCIFER, a documentary film about the Maryland Deathfest, and a documentary on BRUTAL TRUTH.
