Ex-SLAYER Drummer PAUL BOSTAPH To Thrash With PAINMUSEUM at Mexico's SOS FESTIVAL

April 24, 2007

Guitarist "Metal" Mike Chlasciak (HALFORD, PAINMUSEUM, SEBASTIAN BACH) has issued the following update:

"As many of you already know, our resident drum magician Bobby Jarzombek [HALFORD, PAINMUSEUM] has sustained an inury to his wrist. Damn guitar techs leaving guitar stands all over the drummer's studio .. Don't they know better? We all wish Bobby a super-fast recovery. Bobby will concentrate on his doube bass chops during his healing, and that's like pouring gasoline into an exploding fuel tanker. Should be interesting.

"I have asked a good friend of mine that happens to be one of metal's premier drummers Paul Bostaph [SLAYER, EXODUS, TESTAMENT, FORBIDDEN] to do us the honors [and join us for the SOS Festival in Mexico]. Paul is a mutherf**cker, to put it short, and we have become good friends while we both toured in TESTAMENT in 2004. So, Mexico get your horns out become we are coming to kick your ass."

PAINMUSEUM will join SADUS, OBITUARY and SEPULTURA at the SOS Festival on May 4 at Expo Feria, Torreon, Mexico.

PAINMUSEUM live lineup:

Metal Mike Chlasciak - Guitar
Tim Clayborne - Vocals
Paul Bostaph - Drums
Clint Arent - Bass
