Ex-MALEVOLENT CREATION Drummer To Appear On New DISINCARNATE Album

October 6, 2007

In addition to his newly formed project with Jason Blachowicz (bass; MALEVOLENT CREATION),Rob Barret (guitar; CANNIBAL CORPSE),Chris Basile (guitar; PYREXIA),and Kyle Symons (vocals; MALEVOLENT CREATION, HATEPLOW),drummer Dave Culross (MALEVOLENT CREATION, HATEPLOW, SUFFOCATION) has confirmed that he will participate in the recording process for the long-awaited second album from DISINCARNATE (the band led by former TESTAMENT/DEATH guitarist-turned-producer James Murphy). Culross will also record an EP with MALEBOLGIA, a full-length CD with DEATH SENTENCE (which includes members of SUFFOCATION, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, CATASTROPHIC and MALEVOLENT CREATION),and an LP with SADISTIC.

Says Dave: "I am going to be busy, busy, busy in '08!"

As previously reported, MALEVOLENT CREATION has recruited drummer Fabian Aguirre (SYNAPTICIDE, ex-GRINDCRUSHER, MISTY FATE, ANGEL NEGRO) as the replacement for Dave Culross. Handling the bass duties for the group on the road will reportedly be Marco Martell, who has already previously toured with the band.

MALEVOLENT CREATION's new album, "Doomsday X", was released in the U.S. on July 17 via Nuclear Blast Records and in Europe on August 24 via Massacre Records. The CD was recorded and engineered at Mercury Recording Studios in Pompano Beach, Florida by longtime friend and producer (and sometimes session member) Gus Rios.
