EVANESCENCE's TROY MCLAWHORN Interviewed On 'Stefanie's Rock Show' (Video)

April 2, 2013

Stefanie Heminger of "Stefanie's Rock Show" conducted an interview with EVANESCENCE guitarist Troy McLawhorn on March 31 at Ace Of Spades in Sacramento, California. You can now watch the chat below.

McLawhorn is filling in for Clint Lowery while the SEVENDUST guitarist is taking the time away to be at home with his wife Tara as they await the birth of their daughter. This will be the couple's second child. They wed in September 2010 and already have a son, born in December of that same year.

McLawhorn previously guested on SEVENDUST's 1999 album "Home" and shared guitar duties with Lowery in DARK NEW DAY. He has also played guitar for DOUBLEDRIVE and SEETHER.

SEVENDUST's ninth studio album, "Black Out The Sun", is likely to sell between 30,000 and 35,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to industry web site Hits Daily Double. The estimate was based on one-day sales reports compiled after the record arrived in stores on March 26 via the band's 7Bros. Records in conjunction with ADA Label Services. The CD was recorded at Architekt Music studios in Butler, New Jersey with engineer Mike Ferretti.
