EVANESCENCE Announces Fall U.S. Tour

August 22, 2016

EVANESCENCE will embark on a U.S. tour in the fall.

The trek kicks off October 28 in Dallas, Texas and wraps November 23 in Huntington, New York.

Tickets for the trek go on sale August 26, with a fan club pre-sale scheduled for Tuesday at 10 a.m. local time.

"Just when you thought I was off the hard stuff!" EVANESCENCE singer Amy Lee told Rolling Stone. "It's going to feel amazing to step back onstage with the band this fall. We had such a tight gel solidifying onstage the last few shows, and were enjoying it so much, we were all lamenting that it was so short and have been on the lookout for more opportunities to play live. "

Oct. 30 - Diamond Ballroom @ Oklahoma City, OK
Nov. 01 - ACL Live at the Moody Theater @ Austin, TX
Nov. 03 - Majestic Theatre @ San Antonio, TX
Nov. 05 - Revention Music Center @ Houston, TX
Nov. 06 - Saenger Theatre @ New Orleans, LA
Nov. 09 - Saenger Theatre @ Mobile, AL

EVANESCENCE re-emerged last November after a three-year hiatus with select, intimate shows in Nashville, Dallas and Los Angeles. More dates followed earlier this year. The influential, Grammy-winning band last performed live in November of 2012.

Lee told Rolling Stone last year that there were no plans for EVANESCENCE to record new material.

EVANESCENCE in 2015 parted ways with guitarist Terry Balsamo and replaced him with Germany's Jen Majura.

The last EVANESCENCE album, a self-titled effort, came out in 2011.
