ERIC KRETZ Denies Being Part Of STP/BLACK CROWES Supergroup

According to a posting at STONE TEMPLE PILOTS fan site Below Empty, former STP drummer Eric Kretz, who attended NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) this year in Anaheim, Ca., has denied being involved in the new project being formed by ex-STP members Robert and Dean DeLeo along with ex-BLACK CROWES frontman Chris Robinson and possibly ex-GUNS N' ROSES member Paul Tobias and ex-BLACK CROWES drummer Steve Gorman. Asked whether or not a STP reunion tour could be expected, Eric reportedly responded, "We have to wait and see what happens with [STP singer] Scott [Weiland]... and what will happen after he gets out of rehab."
