EMETH Begins Recording New Album

Belgian technical death metallers EMETH, whose current lineup features singer Tom "Necro" Demuynck (ex-LEPTOTRICHIA), guitarist Matty Dupont (ex-ABORTED, ex-AGATHOCLES, ex-SUPPOSITORY), drummer Nico Veroeven (SERIAL BUTCHER, ex-LEPTOTRICHIA), bassist Pat De Jonge and guitarist Allan Rawson, have entered Tomsterproject Studios to begin recording their next full-length album, entitled "Aethyr". The band has written nine new tracks and describes the new material as "heavier and more guitar-driven" than that on the group's previous CD, "Telesis", which was released in 2008 through Brutal Bands. Songtitles set to appear on the new effort include "Aethyr", "Exterminate The Vacillating", "Suffering Comes With Thy Name" and "The Hour of the Great Contempt".
