ECHOBRAIN To Embark On US Tour In March

January 21, 2002

ECHOBRAIN, featuring former METALLICA bassist Jason Newsted, have posted the following update on the band's activities via their official web site at www.echobrain.com:

Hey EchoBrainiacs! We want to bring you up to date, so here we go!

ECHOBRAIN started up rehearsals on January 8 (on Elvis' 67th Birthday & the 10th anniversary of our infamous Chophouse Studio) getting off on the good foot for the beginning of something very exciting for us!

Over the next 6 weeks, we plan to be VERY BUSY - we will continue rehearsals thru February, when the three of us will be joined by the other members of our live band Chris Scianni of NY on GTR/Vox and David Borla of Los Angeles on Keys/Vox (collectively known as DANGERMAN - check 'em out!). ECHOBRAIN will be performing as a quintet. Then during the last week of February, the three of us will embark on a European press tour to coincide with the release of our independent debut - the self-titled Echobrain - available everywhere March 5, 2002 on Chophouse/Surfdog Records.

Then the fun begins....

EchoTour 2002 is slated to start in March in California and through the States in the Springtime with the hopes of some overseas shows in the summer. Confirmed dates soon to follow. Keep posted here or on the hotline (925/295-0335) to get your information and tickets first! We're looking forward to seeing all y'all out on the road this year!! SOON! Thanks for the continued positive vibes.

CHEERZ, C-YA
