DOWN Cover LED ZEPPELIN's 'Dazed And Confused': Video Available

A video clip of DOWN covering LED ZEPPELIN's "Dazed and Confused" during their headlining appearance in Birmingham, England on Tuesday, May 23 has been posted online at blog.myspace.com/jasonvomit.

As previously reported, DOWN guitarist Pepper Keenan (CORROSION OF CONFORMITY) revealed during the band's appearance at the Rock City in Nottingham, U.K. on Wednesday (May 24) that they have been confirmed for this year's Download festival, set to take place June 9-11 at Donington Park, Leicestershire, England.

DOWN is the the acclaimed New Orleans band featuring Keenan, drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist),bassist Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA),guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR),and vocalist Philip Anselmo (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ex-PANTERA). The group kicked off their first-ever European tour on May 19 and are expected to remain on the road until mid-June.

DOWN have announced that they will be filming shows on their spring/summer European tour for an upcoming DVD. The band will also begin work on new material shortly after returning home from the trek and are tentatively planning on entering the studio in September to begin recording their third album.

DOWN's sophomore album, "Down II", was released in March 2002 on Elektra Records. The band headlined the second stage at the 2002 Ozzfest.
