DISMEMBER Confirmed For VADER's Anniversary Concert

Long-running Swedish death metallers DISMEMBER have been confirmed for VADER's 25-year anniversary gig, scheduled for August 30 at Stodola Club in Warsaw, Poland. Also scheduled to appear are SAMAEL (Switzerland),ENTOMBED (Sweden),GRAVE (Sweden),NILE (U.S.),ROTTING CHRIST (Greece),GOREFEST (the Netherlands),SEPTICFLESH (Greece) and KRISIUN (Brazil).

VADER will play a two-hour-plus set, featuring songs from old demo tapes as well as the more popular tracks from the group's recent studio albums. The show will be filmed for an anniversary DVD, tentivately titled "XXV" (to be released in 2009). The band will prepare not only a special live set, but also a special stage design and other surprises.

The new self-titled album from DISMEMBER is being streamed in its entirety on MP3.com. Released in Europe on February 18 via Regain (April 1 in the U.S.),the CD was recorded at B.A.S. studios with producer Nico Elgstrand (MURDER SQUAD, KRUX, MERCILESS, ENTOMBED).
