DIMMU BORGIR's new album, "In Sorte Diaboli", has registered the following first-week chart positions:

Finland: #6
Germany: #7
Sweden: #10
Austria: #11
Switzerland: #30
Holland: #37
Denmark: #61
Canada: #73
USA: #43

"In Sorte Diaboli"'s 14,000 first-week tally in the United States is more than double the 6,400 opening-week number achieved by its predecessor, "Death Cult Armageddon", which came out in September 2003 and landed at position No. 169 on The Billboard 200 chart.

DIMMU BORGIR's official promotional video for the song "The Serpentine Offering" can be viewed at YouTube. The clip was shot by Swedish director Patric Ullaeus (LACUNA COIL, KAMELOT) of Revolver Film Company AB and is the group's first promotional video for its new album, "In Sorte Diaboli".
