DESTRUCTION Seek Soccer World Cup Assistance

German thrashers DESTRUCTION have posted the following message on their official web site:

"Because the soccer world championship takes place during [DESTRUCTION's] U.S. tour, the band wants to find a sports bar that shows the games of the German team — in Spartanburg, SC on June 9; Houston, TX on June 14; and in Denver, CO on June 20!

"DESTRUCTION offers free entrance to the shows, a free shirt and some beers with the band for those who can find/confirm a place where the bands of the 'Metal Crusaders Tour' [also featuring VADER, KATAKLYSM, GRAVEWORM, SPEED\KILL/HATE and THE ABSENCE] can watch the games live on TV."

Commented DESTRUCTION frontman Marcel "Schmier" Schirmer: "I know soccer is not as big as in Europe here and it will be hard to find a sports bar that shows our games. I'm sure with the help of our fans we can have a great party even before the shows this way! We CANNOT miss this!!! I'm looking forward to the game against Poland [VADER's home country]!"
