DEF LEPPARD To Play Puerto Rico

September 8, 2006

Puerto Ricans will get the chance to see DEF LEPPARD and JOURNEY live at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan on November 19. Tickets will go on sale this Saturday (September 9).

DEF LEPPARD singer Joe Elliott recently posted a message on the official DefLeppard.com web site stating the band band is "gonna try and get a new album done in time to tour in 2007." Elliott said the band was thinking about dates in Europe, where they played earlier this year, as well as heading to Japan and Australia. The singer did caution fans that nothing was set in stone, writing "Of course, anything can change — and lots of things probably will!!!! — but as of right now, that's our plan."

DEF LEPPARD recently released their cover of T. REX's "20th Century Boy" as the new single from covers project "Yeah!"
