DEF LEPPARD: Second LEPCON Fan Convention Scheduled For September

July 24, 2005

The following message has been posted on DEF LEPPARD's official web site:

"On September 10 the second annual edition of LepCon, a fan convention for and by DEF LEPPARD fans, will take place at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

"LepCon is based around two goals: for new and old fans to get together and celebrate DEF LEPPARD, and to raise money for Rick Allen's Raven Drum Foundation through silent auctions, ticket sales, promotional merchandise and personal donations. Activities during the convention include prize giveaways, raffles, auctions, meet and mingle with other fans, a contest, guest speakers, karaoke, cool LEP trivia, entertainment by tribute band PYROMANIA and more.

"Please note that the band, their management, their label and DefLeppard.com are NOT involved in the organization of this event."

For more information on the convention, visit the LepConweb site.
